Vimal Jat is a post graduate in social work from Devei Ahilya vishwa vidhyalaya, Indore. He has 13 years experience working with adolescent and youth of rural communities. Experience to work with lots of collective and networks in Madhya Pradesh. Strong understanding of local self governance and health issues.

Neha is the CEO of Pravah, a leading Delhi-based NGO that works on youth development and youth centric development with and among Indian youth. As the head of Pravah, Neha works to build alliances with other sectors such as the academic institutions, community groups, government, and corporations. She has engaged with different UN agencies to advocate for youth development and youth centric development programmes and approaches.

Ajay Pandit is post graduate in social work from Devi Ahilya vishwa vidhyalaya, Indore. He has good leadership to take people along and co-create the journey with the love. He is a great believer of Love and Friendship. He is a senior facilitator and expert in session designing. He is a board member of Community the youth collective, Delhi.

36 year old Deepamal is post graduate in social work from DAVV, indore. She have more than 13 year exprience working with govt. departments on issues related to water and sanitation.

Dr. Smriti Gargava is currently serving as the Assistant Regional Director (Senior Scale) at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), having joined in 2011. She holds a Ph.D. focused on rural livelihood patterns and has actively contributed to education, health, and community development projects through her leadership and scholarly work. With over two decades of diverse academic and research experience, she has been instrumental in various initiatives like the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, E Vidyabharti Project, and SANKALP Project at IGNOU RC Bhopal. Dr. Gargava’s research work includes disaster management, rural livelihoods, and gender issues.

Creative in her approaches and confident on her practical learning, Archana is a strong advocate of putting research and education for the benefit of society. Agriculturist by degree, social worker at heart and Entrepreneur at work place. With over 12 years of experience in development sector and multidisciplinary education she has developed a broad based background that encompasses exceptional work ethic and commitment to organizational objectives in a highly competitive and dynamic market place. Proactive team member and meticulous planner with ability to attract and secure key players in building strong and lasting relationships.

Kejal is a facilitator and ecosystem weaver with over a decade of experience in leadership, civic action, and systems change. She leads The Blue Ribbon Movement and Wisdom Tree, and serves on the board of Synergy Sansthan, India, integrating personal, social, and ecological transformation in her work.

Dr. Ramnarayan Syag is currently a member and co founder of Samavesh Society for Development and Governance. He is currently an active member of coordination team of MP Swashasan Abhiyan , a CSO working on strengthening Gram Sabha and Panchayat Raj. Before Samavesh, he was worked for over 20 years with Eklavya Foundation since inception in Hoshangabad Science Teaching Program.

Dr. Yogesh Kumar has a doctorate in development economics and has worked for several years to promote community participation and supporting development initiatives. He is Executive director of the leading NPO Samarthan in Madhya Pradesh. He specializes in participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation.

Vrinda has worked at a Financial Institution in Singapore for 4 years. Following that she decided to take up a real challenge, and moved back to India to do the Teach For India Fellowship in 2015. She joined the TFIx team right after her Fellowship in 2017. TFIx is Teach For India’s incubation program, which helps Education Entrepreneurs launch contextualized teaching fellowships and create local grassroot leaders. Between 2017-2023, she worked towards finding the right Entrepreneurs for the program, identifying the right staff for the team and developing them. She played a key role in finding the right supporters to ensure the success of the program. Since 2023, she is leading TFIx which is now a 3 staged program, working closely with a wide range of education entrepreneurs. She enjoys yoga, music and travelling.

With over 20 years in the BFSI sector, Meenakshi Yeri brings expertise in efficiency, governance, and innovation. She led the first RPA project for Wells Fargo in India, achieving major productivity gains, and drove initiatives saving $40 million globally.

A believer in inclusive leadership and continuous learning, she empowers teams to combine technology and purpose for sustainable impact.

Priya Varadarajan is a gender rights advocate and founder of Durga, an initiative making public spaces safe and inclusive for all. Her work challenges gender bias and pushes for systemic change by holding institutions accountable.

She also supports civil society organizations addressing gender discrimination and believes that gender equality is a shared responsibility, inspiring everyone to build equitable spaces together.

Raghu is post graduate in social work and MPS -National Coordinator-Monitoring & Evaluation at Synergy Sansthan. Expertise in project evaluation, impact analysis, resource planning, deployment, and implementation. In-Depth knowledge of Data Analysis, Interpretation, Documentation, Monitoring and Evaluation.

Pirthi Kajale holds a Master’s degree in Economics and an MBA, with strong field experience in community engagement and youth development. Currently working as a Field Facilitator under the ARC program at Synergy Sansthan, Rahatgaon (Harda), he focuses on nurturing youth leadership and raising awareness on gender justice, girls’ education, child marriage prevention, and environmental conservation. His key responsibility is to build local leadership and promote access to education for girls, contributing to a more gender-just society.

My name is Sheikh Nasir. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and have been working for the past six years with Synergy Sansthan, Harda, dedicated to grassroots engagement with rural and tribal youth. I deeply believe that every young person carries a light within—what they often need is trust, guidance, and a compassionate hand to walk with them. Currently, I focus on youth development, education, career guidance, mental health, gender equality, and Narmada river conservation. I bring strong experience and interest in research, training, evaluation, field facilitation, storytelling-based learning, and documentation. My vision is to help young people discover their inner strength and become agents of positive change in their communities.

Swaroop Singh Rajput holds a B.Com, an MSW, and a diploma in Computer Applications. With extensive experience in child protection, education, and women’s empowerment, he has worked with organizations like Hand in Hand, Childline, Educate Girls, and Jeevodaya Bal Grah. Currently, he leads the Yuvalay Project at Synergy Sansthan, Harda, where he nurtures youth leadership, promotes active citizenship, and supports education, employment, and civic engagement.

My name is Renu Shinde. I am from the village of Kusiya in the Harda district of Madhya Pradesh. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. (Plain) from Swami Vivekanand Government College, Harda. I have gained practical experience in the health services sector by working on health card creation at Baghel Hospital in Harda and as a receptionist at City Hospital. Currently, I am working as a Youth Facilitator in the Yuvalaya program of the Synergy Institute, where I am dedicated to working with rural and tribal youth on active citizenship, education, employment, and leadership development.

My special focus is on developing leadership qualities among young people and bringing about positive change in the community.

Preeti Rathore is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work (3rd semester) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She has 3 years of experience in the development sector, having worked with the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and Janseva Mitra under the District Legal Services Authority. Presently, she is serving as a Youth Sahayak in the Yuvaalay Program at Synergy Sansthan, where she has been working for the past one year.

Nilesh More is from Harda district, Madhya Pradesh. Coming from a humble background, he completed his early schooling at Primary School Shukrawala and Mahatma Gandhi School, and later earned his undergraduate degree from Swami Vivekanand Government College, Harda.
Rooted in lived experience, Nilesh’s expertise lies in youth engagement, community mobilization, and educational mentoring. As a facilitator with Synergy Sansthan’s “Yuwalay” program, he works closely with young people from underserved communities—guiding, supporting, and walking beside them in their journeys of growth

Puja Sharma holds a B.Com from Vinoba Bhave University and an M.Com from BBMKU. With 2½ years in the education sector, she served as a Gandhi Fellow (Piramal Foundation, Batch 15) for two years and then as a District Engagement Officer at the Open Link Foundation. Along the way, she honed strong skills in project management, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation. Passionate about education, she continues to drive meaningful impact through her work.

Salman Shah holds a postgraduate degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. He brings over 3.5 years of experience in rural development, community empowerment, financial and digital literacy, governance, and non-farm livelihoods. His work focuses on creating sustainable change through grassroots engagement and capacity building

Ritesh Gour is currently serving as the Fellowship Lead under the Jan Pratham Fellowship program at Synergy Sansthan. With a background in Master of Social Work (MSW) and over 7 years of experience in the social sector, he brings strong expertise in facilitation, program design, planning, and stakeholder coordination. Ritesh is deeply passionate about civic education, constitutional values, and youth development, and is committed to nurturing socially aware and responsible young leaders.

Aarif holds a postgraduate degree in Social Work from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and has 6 years of experience working on youth development in rural, urban, and tribal areas. His work focuses on enhancing community participation at the grassroots level and bringing about sustainable change through collaborative efforts.

Sawan Solanki, from Barwani district, holds a BA in Sociology, PGDCA, and an MSW degree. With strong experience in regional development, women’s entrepreneurship, health and nutrition, education, and youth development, he brings excellent communication skills and grassroots engagement to his work. He has led key initiatives involving Farmer Producer Organizations and Self-Help Groups. Currently, he serves as the District Coordinator at Synergy Sansthan, Barwani, where he plans and oversees district-wide activities and liaises closely with government departments.

Shikha Janoria is a social work postgraduate with rich experience in community development and women’s entrepreneurship. She has worked on POCSO cases with Childline and the Kailash Satyarthi Foundation, and served as a paralegal volunteer with the District Legal Services Authority. Currently, she is the Director of the Bamboo Craft Cluster under the MSME-SFURTI scheme at Synergy Gram Company, Harda, where she leads product development, guides women artisans, and drives marketing strategies to build a self-sustaining, empowered enterprise.

Ashok Sejkar holds degrees in B.Ed., PGDCA, M.A. (Sociology), and MSW. He has experience in regional development, women’s entrepreneurship, and managing sustainable social projects, including leadership roles in the Childline program and ASHA training initiatives. Currently, he serves as the Cluster Development Executive for the Bamboo Craft Cluster under the MSME-SFURTI scheme at Synergy Sansthan, Harda. His core responsibilities include product development, marketing strategy planning, and coordination with artisans and stakeholders to strengthen the cluster.

Narendra Malviya is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, and MIS professional bringing over four years of expertise in social development. Holding a Bachelor’s from Vikram University and a Diploma in Computer Applications, he excels in data management, analysis, and reporting, consistently strengthening program outcomes through data-driven frameworks.
