Experience to work with lots of collective and networks in Madhya Pradesh. Strong understanding of local self governance and health issues.
Neha Buch
Neha is the CEO of Pravah, a leading Delhi-based NGO that works on youth development and youth centric development with and among Indian youth. As the head of Pravah, Neha works to build alliances with other sectors such as the academic institutions, community groups, government, and corporations. She has engaged with different UN agencies to advocate for youth development and youth centric development programmes and approaches.
Ajay Pandit
Ajay Pandit is post graduate in social work from Devi Ahilya vishwa vidhyalaya, Indore. He has good leadership to take people along and co-create the journey with the love. He is a great believer of Love and Friendship. He is a senior facilitator and expert in session designing. He is a board member of Community the youth collective, Delhi.
Deepamal Sikarwar
36 year old Deepamal is post graduate in social work from DAVV, indore. She have more than 13 year exprience working with govt. departments on issues related to water and sanitation.
Raghu Maharishi
Raghu is post graduate in social work and MPS -National Coordinator-Monitoring & Evaluation at Save the Children, India. Expertise in project evaluation, impact analysis, resource planning, deployment, and implementation. In-Depth knowledge of Data Analysis, Interpretation, Documentation, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Smriti Gargava
Dr. Smriti Gargava is currently serving as the Assistant Regional Director (Senior Scale) at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), having joined in 2011. She holds a Ph.D. focused on rural livelihood patterns and has actively contributed to education, health, and community development projects through her leadership and scholarly work. With over two decades of diverse academic and research experience, she has been instrumental in various initiatives like the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, E Vidyabharti Project, and SANKALP Project at IGNOU RC Bhopal. Dr. Gargava’s research work includes disaster management, rural livelihoods, and gender issues.
Archana Relon

Dr. R.N. Syag
Dr. Ramnarayan Syag is currently a member and co founder of Samavesh Society for Development and Governance. He is currently an active member of coordination team of MP Swashasan Abhiyan , a CSO working on strengthening Gram Sabha and Panchayat Raj. Before Samavesh, he was worked for over 20 years with Eklavya Foundation since inception in Hoshangabad Science Teaching Program.
Mrs. Meenu Vankatesh
Meenu Venkateswaran is a co-founder at Pravah and has been heading it as Chief Executive since 2005. Before this, Meenu led the Teachers Training intervention at Pravah into a powerful program for schools. Over the last 20 years, Meenu has worked in both the corporate and development sectors. She has been a consultant to development organizations and was the head of the resource generation function at CRY- Child Rights and You, and a member of the Managing Committee. She has a Masters in Economics and has completed her post graduation in Management from IIM, Bangalore.
Dr. Yogesh Singh
Dr. Yogesh Kumar has a doctorate in development economics and has worked for several years to promote community participation and supporting development initiatives. He is Executive director of the leading NPO Samarthan in Madhya Pradesh. He specializes in participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation.
